As an IT Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of a regional utility provider's data center. Your daily responsibilities include monitoring technical processes, maintaining physical network infrastructure such as cabling and connection management, and overseeing facility-critical systems like access control, alarm systems, and fire protection. You will be responsible for the organization of data center space, including rack assignments, power supply, and cooling systems.
