Job Summary

As an IT Onsite Support Specialist, you will provide high-level technical assistance in a professional environment following ITIL standards. Your daily responsibilities will involve managing an IT Service Point, where you will handle the installation, configuration, and maintenance of multi-monitor setups, phones, headsets, and clients. You will be responsible for device provisioning through imaging and rollouts, as well as troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. A significant portion of the role focuses on supporting Microsoft environments (Windows 10/11, Windows 365, Azure AD) and Apple mobile devices via Intune MDM. Additionally, you will provide specialized support for trading applications and market connections, including user account and permission administration. This position is ideal for those who value a structured, digital-first workplace with a focus on customer service and long-term stability.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational IT training (e.g., IT Specialist) or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support or a similar technical role
  • Experience working within ITIL-standardized service environments
  • Practical experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows client environments
  • Experience in hardware maintenance and multi-monitor setup configuration
  • Experience in user administration and permissions management
