Job Summary

This role involves providing high-level technical support within a demanding environment, operating strictly according to ITIL standards. As an IT Onsite Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of hardware and software, including the installation, configuration, and maintenance of multi-monitor setups, phones, and headsets. You will manage device deployments and rollouts using imaging techniques and provide critical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. A significant portion of the role focuses on the Microsoft ecosystem, specifically Windows 10/11 clients and Azure AD, alongside managing mobile devices via Intune. Additionally, you will provide specialized support for trading applications and market connectivity within specific departments.
