Job Summary

As a Heat Treatment Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of thermal processing operations. Your day-to-day activities involve planning, monitoring, and optimizing heat treatment processes, as well as providing technical support for manufacturing queries. You will play a pivotal role in supply chain quality by coordinating and supervising external heat treatment activities with suppliers across Germany and Europe. Additionally, you will lead projects for the procurement and implementation of new heat treatment plants, design charging racks, and analyze thermal distortion to improve production outcomes. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to act as an internal consultant while also supporting research and development initiatives. The position is ideal for technical experts who enjoy a mix of hands-on process optimization and strategic supplier management.
