In this role, you will manage pre-development and development projects for electric drive systems, focusing on planning, requirements engineering according to aviation development processes, and the dimensioning, simulation, and documentation of complex systems. You will also be responsible for the independent commissioning and optimization of these systems, conducting analyses and development tests, and supporting projects within cost and time constraints. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, Embedded Systems, Drive Technology, Aerospace, or a related field, with strong simulation tool skills (preferably MATLAB/Simulink) and experience with requirements management tools.
