Job Summary

As a Nursing Home Director for Germany's largest care home operator, you will take full operational responsibility for a residential facility. Your daily activities involve ensuring high-quality care and service standards for residents, managing and leading a diverse team of staff, and overseeing the recruitment process. You will act as a key point of contact for residents and their families, while also collaborating with the marketing department to represent the facility externally. This role requires a strong focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting to ensure the facility's economic success.
