As the Facility Management Lead, you will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight, maintenance, and care of all technical systems within and outside the assigned facilities. Your day-to-day activities involve leading the facility management team, coordinating and performing repairs, and ensuring strict compliance with technical standards, legal regulations, and accident prevention protocols. You will also manage external contractors, obtain quotes for technical services, and oversee delivery processes. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in an electrical craft or trade and/or certified qualification as a Qualified Electrician (Elektrofachkraft).
Experience
- Professional experience in a comparable facility management or technical leadership position is desirable
- Proven experience in the maintenance and monitoring of technical building systems
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and coordination of technical staff
- Experience in managing external service providers and procurement processes
