Job Summary

This role involves joining a global digital engineering consultancy to support a high-stakes project within the defense industry in Munich. As an Electrical Engineer specializing in Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT), you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of electrical and functional testing. Your daily activities will include planning and executing test measures, developing test concepts, and operating specialized test equipment. A significant portion of the role focuses on the definition and maintenance of Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) and the creation of comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications and activity control sheets. This position is particularly attractive for those who enjoy a mix of hands-on technical work and strategic planning, offering the chance to participate in critical AIT reviews and field campaigns. The role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and a willingness to engage in shift work and business travel to support project milestones.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of practical experience in the fields of analog and digital electronics and electrical engineering
  • Professional experience in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of electrical and functional integration and testing (AIT)
  • Experience in the definition, development, and operation of test equipment and associated software
  • Experience in creating technical documentation such as specifications, procedures, and activity control sheets
  • Experience participating in technical reviews (TRR, IRR, PTR, NRB)
