This role involves providing premium, high-priority IT support specifically tailored for executives, board members, and senior management in Frankfurt am Main. As a VIP Onsite Technician, you will be responsible for the personal technical assistance of high-level stakeholders, ensuring a professional and discreet service environment. Your daily tasks include installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software, as well as troubleshooting mobile devices, conference room technology, and presentation systems. You will act as a bridge between the executive floor and the 2nd/3rd level support teams, offering proactive consulting on IT best practices. This position is ideal for a service-oriented professional who excels in high-pressure environments and values discretion. Required Skills

Education

Completed IT vocational training (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or a comparable technical qualification. ITIL v3 or v4 certification is desirable.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in IT support, with a specific focus on VIP or Executive support environments
  • Proven experience in the installation and maintenance of hardware, software, and mobile end-user devices
  • Demonstrated experience working with ticket systems and ITIL-based processes
  • Experience in managing conference technology and providing onsite technical consulting
