This role offers the opportunity to shape the architecture and requirements of highly complex military land vehicles at a system level. Based in Kiel, you will be responsible for analyzing use cases to derive requirements for electrical and electronic assemblies, creating detailed sub-system specifications, and developing optimized system solutions. Working within the V-model framework, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams to ensure the technical implementation and maturity of system artifacts. A key part of your day-to-day will involve documenting results and ensuring full traceability of requirements throughout the development lifecycle. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable technical field of study.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in requirements management and system requirements for mechatronic products
  • Practical experience using DOORS for requirements tracking
  • Experience in use-case analysis using UML or SysML
  • Professional experience in system development according to the V-model
  • Experience with military or automotive standards is preferred
