Job Summary

This role is based at the Immune Monitoring Unit of the National Center for Tumor Diseases (NCT) in Dresden, a joint venture involving the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ). As a Postdoctoral Researcher, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of immune monitoring within scientific projects and clinical trials. Your daily tasks involve planning, executing, and documenting results, with a heavy emphasis on analyzing human immune cell populations. This is a parental leave cover position offering a unique opportunity to work within a world-class research infrastructure. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree in natural sciences including a PhD (Promotion).

Experience

  • Professional experience in human immune cell population analysis
  • Demonstrated expertise in multiparametric flow cytometry and cell sorting techniques
  • Practical experience in immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence staining
  • Experience in coordinating research units or scientific projects
  • Experience working within interdisciplinary scientific environments
