Job Summary
This role involves managing the electrical maintenance and project development for the City of Flensburg's municipal real estate portfolio, specifically focusing on public buildings like schools, kindergartens, museums, and theaters. As an Electrical Engineer, you will handle all phases of technical building services, from initial planning and tendering to on-site construction supervision and cost control. You will oversee systems including high-voltage power, telecommunications, information technology, and building automation. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in the planning and implementation of construction measures in existing buildings
- Experience in public procurement and technical regulations/standards
- Experience in project management, cost control, and schedule monitoring
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience is desirable
