This role involves providing high-level administrative and organizational support to the Board of Directors and the Mayor's Office in Flensburg. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Public Administration Specialist, 1st Employee Examination (Angestelltenprüfung I), Legal Assistant, Notary Assistant, Office Management Clerk, or a comparable three-year vocational qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in public administration or legal office management
- Experience in organizing and coordinating office workflows and executive schedules
- Proven track record in independent written and oral communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in preparing administrative documents and presentations

Additional
- Fixed-term contract until December 31, 2027 (with potential for permanent extension). Flexibility regarding daily working hours to accommodate board meeting schedules is required. Foreign educational certificates must include a statement of comparability from the ZAB.
