Job Summary

As a Data Scientist in this role, you will bridge the gap between business departments and data teams to deliver reliable reporting solutions and data products. Your daily activities will involve designing and maintaining complex Power BI models, including KPIs and hierarchies, while ensuring high performance through optimized DAX and Power Query configurations. You will be responsible for building and operating Databricks pipelines using Python and SQL for data ingestion and transformation, leveraging Azure Data Factory for orchestration. This position is highly technical, requiring an engineering mindset focused on CI/CD, versioning, and observability. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Business Informatics, or comparable professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Power BI development within an enterprise environment
  • Proven experience in developing productive data pipelines using Databricks
  • Experience with Azure services and data orchestration tools
  • Experience in implementing engineering standards including testing, monitoring, and documentation
