Job Summary

This role focuses on bridging the gap between analytical prototypes and production-ready machine learning products. As a Data Scientist, you will work closely with data teams to design, build, and operate ML solutions on the Databricks platform. Your day-to-day will involve implementing end-to-end MLOps workflows, including experiment tracking, CI/CD, model deployment, and monitoring. You will be responsible for integrating models into data pipelines and APIs for both batch and real-time inference. A key part of the role is creating reusable standards and documentation to ensure high-quality, secure, and cost-efficient AI solutions across the group. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience

  • Sound practical experience in Machine Learning and Data Science
  • Strong professional background in Software Engineering using Python
  • Proven experience in transitioning ML models from experimental phases to production environments
  • Practical experience with Databricks and MLflow
  • Experience with Spark, SQL, and implementing CI/CD pipelines for ML
