Your primary focus will be supporting savings banks and network partners in the rollout of internal IT applications, specifically the 'S-KIPilot'—a generative AI solution designed for the workplace. Day-to-day, you will act as the central point of contact for technical and organizational questions, guiding institutions from initial information phases through to successful implementation. You will design rollout measures, conduct webinars, and collaborate closely with project management to meet customer requirements.
