Job Summary

The Director of Revenue will be a dynamic, strategic, and commercially driven leader responsible for optimizing profitability across all revenue streams at Hotel Bristol Berlin. This role involves leading the revenue management strategy, managing a team, and collaborating closely with various departments including Reservations and Front Office. Key responsibilities include overseeing forecasting and reporting, developing annual budgets and long-range plans, and conducting in-depth analysis of room and food & beverage performance. The ideal candidate will also manage inventory, develop pricing strategies across all market segments and distribution channels, and continuously monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
