Job Summary

As an IT Consultant for Corporate Banking, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation for the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. Operating from Hannover, Münster, or Frankfurt, your primary focus will be managing the rollout and optimization of OSPlus IT solutions within the commercial banking segment, specifically targeting commercial financing and stationary advisory processes. You will lead complex work packages, develop holistic rollout concepts in collaboration with internal departments and external partners, and conduct workshops and webinars to ensure successful software adoption. This role is unique for its high level of client interaction, allowing you to act as a bridge between technical application development and the strategic needs of bank management. You will be responsible for tracking project success through performance controlling and promoting corporate banking solutions at trade fairs and specialist conferences, making it an ideal position for a professional who enjoys combining technical implementation with strategic consulting and client relationship management.

Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed university degree (e.g., in Banking, Business Administration, etc.) or comparable training/qualifications.

Experience

  • At least 6 years of professional experience in a relevant subject area
