Job Summary

As an Inventory & Incoming Inspection Specialist, you will be responsible for the quality assessment of incoming commercial goods, ensuring they meet technical specifications and are free of defects. Your day-to-day activities will involve a mix of office-based data management and hands-on warehouse inspections. You will create and maintain inspection plans in SAP, handle supplier complaints, and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions using 8D reports. Coordination is key, as you will collaborate closely with Product Management, Purchasing, and Logistics teams globally. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational technical training, such as a Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the incoming inspection of mechanical and electrotechnical products
  • Experience in creating and maintaining inspection plans within SAP systems
  • Experience in processing and evaluating supplier defect notifications
  • Experience in interdisciplinary coordination between purchasing, logistics, and quality management
