Job Summary

This position offers a unique opportunity for a doctoral candidate to conduct independent scientific research within the Department of Business Administration at Kaiserslautern University of Applied Sciences. Day-to-day, the successful candidate will focus on their dissertation project while actively contributing to the academic community by teaching two hours per week (2 SWS) and providing minor organizational support during examination periods. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree, Diploma, or equivalent in a business or economics-related field of study with good grades. Foreign degrees must have proof of recognition in Germany.

Experience

  • Professional experience in scientific research within the field of economics or business administration
  • Experience in academic teaching or knowledge transfer is required
  • Proven track record of high academic achievement at the Master's or Diploma level
  • Experience with doctoral procedures and research project management
