Job Summary
This role involves working for the Federal Office of Administration (BVA) in Bonn, where you will serve as a central consultant for federal authorities throughout the entire recruitment process. On a day-to-day basis, you will advise client agencies, conduct formal eligibility checks of applicants, and design structured selection procedures. A significant part of the position focuses on psychological aptitude testing, where you will provide expert guidance on test implementation, evaluation, and statistical analysis. Additionally, you will develop and moderate training sessions for interviewers and observers. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Demonstrated knowledge in work and organizational psychology, diagnostics, and test construction
- Experience in conducting and evaluating psychological tests and personality psychology
- Proven experience in moderating selection processes or training sessions
- Experience working within legal and internal regulatory frameworks

- Must be a German or EU citizen (implied by civil service track) or hold a valid work permit; willingness to undergo a federal security clearance (SÜG) is mandatory; willingness to undertake planned business travel within Germany; recognition of foreign degrees required if applicable.
