As an Executive Assistant to the Board, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the technical leadership of a major IT service provider for the German statutory accident insurance sector. Your daily responsibilities will involve comprehensive calendar management, coordinating internal and external meetings, and managing complex travel arrangements. You will act as a vital interface between the management board and various internal departments, external partners, and committees. Beyond administrative tasks, you will be responsible for preparing meeting minutes, organizing large-scale off-site events, and ensuring smooth office operations. Required Skills
