As a Systems Information Technology Specialist within the Infrastructure & Tools team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and evolving datacenter solutions for the Austrian Electronic Health Record (ELGA) system. Your daily responsibilities will involve coordinating 16 datacenter operating partners, overseeing overarching incident and problem management, and managing deployment cycles and maintenance windows. You will serve as a key point of contact for operational topics and act as the deputy lead for the ELGA operational management and steering committees. This role is ideal for a structured professional who enjoys process optimization and stakeholder coordination.
