Job Summary

As the Engineering Manager for Team Phoenix at SAP LeanIX, you will lead a cross-functional product engineering team responsible for delivering high-quality SaaS products, including the ground-up rebuild of a survey product with AI-native functionality. Your day-to-day involves driving technical execution, fostering a culture of autonomy among senior and staff engineers, and partnering closely with Product Management and UX to shape product scope. You will be expected to maintain a senior-level technical skillset, participating in architecture discussions and contributing to the codebase while avoiding delivery bottlenecks.
