Job Summary

As a (Senior) AI Research Engineer within SAP's Research & Innovation Team, you will operate at the cutting edge of enterprise AI, bridging the gap between academic research and practical product implementation. Your day-to-day will involve monitoring the latest AI developments, rapidly prototyping agentic systems, and designing autonomous AI business agents capable of complex orchestration and multi-step execution. You will be responsible for building robust end-to-end solutions that incorporate model integration, memory, and sophisticated evaluation mechanisms. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close interaction with researchers, product designers, and customers to validate the business utility of new concepts.
