Job Summary
This part-time (50%) role is situated within a newly established Biotechnology research group at the Faculty of Technology. As the primary point of contact for staff, guest researchers, and assistants, you will manage daily administrative operations including travel expense accounting, procurement, room bookings, and appointment coordination. You will act as a vital interface between the group leadership and internal university departments, assisting with financial planning, budget monitoring, and human resources administration. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in administration or commerce (e.g., Administrative Assistant, Industrial Clerk, Foreign Language Secretary, or Office Management Clerk) or equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in a relevant administrative or commercial field
- Experience in team assistance or office management, preferably in a university or international environment
- Experience with personnel measures and HR administration
- Experience in financial planning and resource monitoring
- Experience using SAP and creating statistics/evaluations with Excel
