Job Summary

Join the LVR Department of Psychiatry and Participation Network in Cologne to drive digital change across multi-professional teams. In this role, you will lead multi-project management for IT and digitalization initiatives, overseeing the organization, planning, and execution of complex IT projects. You will act as a bridge between technical implementation and legal requirements, coordinating requirement management and prioritizing functional needs resulting from legislative changes. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree, FH Diploma, or First State Examination in Law, Administration, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Project Management, IT Management, Social Sciences, Health Economics, or Health/Nursing Science; or completion of Administrative Training Course II (Verwaltungslehrgang II).

Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in IT project management
  • Professional experience in the healthcare, hospital, or social services sector
  • Proven experience with legal frameworks and regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector
  • Experience in leading and organizing complex IT projects and digitalization initiatives
