Job Summary

As a Technical Change Management Coordinator, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between design and production within the maritime and electrical engineering sectors. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve processing and coordinating engineering change notices, specifically focusing on design modifications originating from the manufacturing floor. You will be responsible for maintaining and documenting these ongoing processes within SAP, ensuring all stakeholders in production and engineering are aligned. Additionally, you will support shop floor management by assisting leadership and addressing emerging operational issues. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy a mix of technical documentation and cross-departmental communication. Required Skills

Education

Technical or commercial vocational training (Berufsausbildung) in a relevant field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in a coordinating role or a comparable position within a technical environment
  • Experience in the maritime industry or electrical engineering sector is preferred
  • Proven experience working with SAP for process maintenance and documentation
  • Experience in shop floor management and supporting management-level topics
  • Background in coordinating between manufacturing and design departments
