As a Specialist System Engineer for the Federal Employment Agency (BA), you will join the IT System House to support the 'COLIBRI' system, a critical application used by 40,000 users for social benefit calculations. Working within an agile Scrum team, you will be responsible for the entire software lifecycle, including designing, developing, testing, and operating high-quality software solutions and infrastructure. Your daily tasks involve analyzing system requirements, ensuring high availability and security, and troubleshooting complex issues. This role is highly flexible, offering up to 80% remote work and multiple possible office locations across Germany. Required Skills

Education

  • Proven experience in troubleshooting software solutions and infrastructure
  • Experience in quality assurance and promoting product quality within a team
