Job Summary

As the Head of Software Development for Rehabilitation Services, you will lead a department of approximately 45 employees, overseeing the disciplinary, strategic, and operational direction of core IT systems for the German Pension Insurance (DRV). Your daily responsibilities involve modernizing end-to-end digital processes for rehabilitation services, managing transition payments, and coordinating with product management and software architects. You will be responsible for scaling productivity through KPIs and modern methodologies while ensuring compliance with social security legislation. This role is unique as it combines high-level public sector leadership with a large-scale agile modernization project, offering a secure, permanent position with a salary up to €100,556.
