Job Summary

As an IT Monitoring Specialist at LVM, you will join a team of over 700 IT professionals dedicated to ensuring the stability and security of IT production operations for approximately 12,000 users and 3.9 million customers. Your daily responsibilities involve acting as the central point of contact for Event and Incident Management, overseeing diverse platforms including Windows, Red Hat Linux, and z/OS. You will perform root-cause and impact analyses during disruptions, initiate recovery measures, and continuously optimize ongoing operations.
