Job Summary

The IT Control Specialist will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the stability and resilience of the IT production environment for a major German insurance company. Day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing and assessing problem situations, coordinating operational problem management, and conducting post-incident reviews of IT disruptions. A key focus is setting up and monitoring the implementation of sustainable measures to enhance IT production stability. The specialist will also oversee the creation and maintenance of emergency plans for critical IT systems (ITSCM), coordinate the introduction and optimization of IT service monitoring, and act as a Quality Gate for IT solutions before they go live.
