Job Summary

This role involves joining Germany's largest hospital laboratory, MEDILYS, to provide high-level diagnostic services for several major hospitals and medical facilities in Hamburg. On a day-to-day basis, you will manage the full spectrum of laboratory medicine, including clinical chemistry, hematology, and molecular genetics. You will act as a consultant to clinical colleagues, manage innovation projects, and oversee quality management protocols. A key part of the role includes mentoring medical laboratory assistants and junior doctors.
