Job Summary

As a Clinical Chemist at MEDILYS, Germany's largest hospital laboratory group, you will play a vital role in diagnostic services for several major hospitals and medical facilities in Hamburg. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve overseeing the full spectrum of laboratory medicine, including clinical chemistry, hematology, and molecular genetics. You will provide expert consultative advice to clinical colleagues, manage innovation projects, and support the training of laboratory staff and resident physicians. This position is unique for its scale—processing 19 million analyses annually—and its integration with the Asklepios Kliniken network. Candidates must have completed the specialized five-year postgraduate training as a Clinical Chemist.
