Job Summary

As the Head of Elective Services at Erlangen University Hospital, you will lead a specialized team responsible for the administrative and financial management of elective healthcare services. Your daily responsibilities include the professional and disciplinary leadership of the department, strategic development of service offerings in compliance with regulatory frameworks, and conducting contract negotiations with external billing entities. You will ensure accurate billing for both domestic and international private patients while overseeing the implementation of complex German healthcare legislation and billing regulations. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close coordination with accounting and controlling departments to optimize processes and standardize workflows. Required Skills

Education

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Health Economics, Health Management, or a comparable qualification with relevant experience in liquidation law.

Experience
