Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive organizational and administrative support to the Director of the Neuroradiology Institute, as well as senior physicians and scientific research group leaders. As a central interface within one of Germany's most modern neuroradiological institutes, the successful candidate will manage the executive office, handle complex scheduling, and oversee professional correspondence. Key responsibilities include organizing advanced training events, assisting with the administrative aspects of research projects (study secretariat), and coordinating patient appointments for both inpatient and outpatient services. Required Skills
Education

- Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and acting as a central communication interface
