Job Summary
This role involves leading and coordinating the budget and financial planning for a public administration office and its subordinate institutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and coordinating a comprehensive reporting system, including regular data collection, analysis, and the creation of various financial reports. Key tasks also include conducting economic, investment, and follow-up cost calculations, managing budget affairs for subordinate entities, and overseeing grant applications and compliance. This position requires strong analytical skills, a high degree of initiative, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Administrative Sciences, Financial Sciences, Business Administration, or equivalent (Dipl. Verwaltungswirt, Verwaltungsfachwirt, Verwaltungsbetriebswirt, or A II – Lehrgang). Alternatively, completed training as an Administrative Assistant (Verwaltungsfachangestellter) with willingness to complete further qualification as a Verwaltungsfachwirt or Verwaltungsbetriebswirt.
Experience
- Professional experience in budget and financial planning

- Work location: Güstrow. Full-time position, with part-time option (minimum 35 hours/week). Telework (Homeoffice) possible. Unbefristet (permanent contract).
