Job Summary
This role involves contributing to the strategic development and implementation of E-Government initiatives for the Rostock district administration. The specialist will advise leadership and departments on E-Government matters, initiating, coordinating, and evaluating projects aimed at realizing the E-Government strategy. A key part of the role also includes conducting or coordinating training measures to ensure successful adoption. The ideal candidate will possess a background in IT or business informatics, coupled with significant professional experience in information technology and project management. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in Informatics and/or completed degree with a focus on Informatics or Business Informatics, or comparable qualification.
Experience
- At least three years of relevant professional experience in information technology
- Practical experience in project management
- Experience in Public Administration is desirable

- Driver's License Class B and willingness to drive an official vehicle.
