Job Summary
As the Tech Lead for SRE & Cloud Platform at BAUHAUS, you will take strategic responsibility for the organization's core digital infrastructure, focusing on Google Cloud, GitHub, CI/CD, and Datadog. You will lead and mentor an 8-person team, fostering a culture of excellence through coaching and code reviews while ensuring the stability and performance of a major online shop platform running on GKE. This role involves close collaboration with product teams to provide architectural guidance and improve observability. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a equivalent training with relevant professional experience.
Experience
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, or Engineering Manager
- Extensive experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Cloud Infrastructure (preferably GCP)
- Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines and observability tools
- Proven experience in leading and developing technical teams
- Professional experience in agile work environments
