As the Tech Lead for the Order Management Data product team, you will spearhead the design and implementation of data mappings and flows within a dynamic, agile environment. Your daily responsibilities involve automating data processes, ensuring data integrity, and evolving the existing data infrastructure into a future-proof platform. You will serve as a technical mentor for a team of software and data engineers, conducting code reviews and coaching to drive performance and reliability. Beyond team leadership, you will collaborate with other product teams to ensure an integrated architecture and contribute to the broader Tech Lead community. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed university degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or a comparable qualification with an affinity for data and software development.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience as a Software or Data Engineer
- Professional experience in the Retail or E-commerce sector
- Initial experience in leading a team of software and data engineers
- Experience in integrating SaaS solutions and internal GCP solutions
