This role involves the comprehensive administration and configuration of mobile and stationary end-user devices within an IT Asset Management department. Day-to-day, you will manage apps, configuration profiles, and compliance policies across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms using systems like Microsoft Intune. Beyond device management, you will maintain multimedia and communication systems, handle IP-TV solutions, and provide high-level VIP support for senior staff. The position requires a proactive professional to plan and document IT projects, conduct user training, and resolve service requests via a ticketing system. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or a comparable IT qualification.

Experience

  • Practical experience with Microsoft Service Manager or similar ITSM systems

Additional
