Job Summary
The HR Officer will be a key member of the Youth Welfare Office's HR team, responsible for a wide range of personnel matters. Day-to-day tasks include handling personnel recruitment, preparing job advertisements, and managing staffing procedures. They will support department and office heads on personnel deployment, issue certificates for educational staff, and review legal and economic aspects of HR. The role also involves coordinating training and internships. Required Skills
Education
Completed three-year relevant administrative training (e.g., administrative assistant or office communication specialist) or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of relevant professional experience (at least two years)
- Experience in administrative processing with a focus on human resources
