Job Summary
As an IT Security Specialist at FERCHAU, you will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of security measures specifically tailored for automation systems. Your daily activities will involve hardening control systems through network segmentation, conducting vulnerability analyses, and performing penetration tests within industrial control networks. You will play a critical role in coordinating security audits according to ISO 27001 and KRITIS standards, while also managing incident responses in compliance with the NIS2 directive for measurement and control (MSR) technology. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Proven experience with industrial automation tools such as Beckhoff TwinCAT or Siemens TIA Portal
- Practical experience in conducting security audits and vulnerability assessments in industrial environments
- Professional background in implementing network security protocols and secure communication
Languages
Additional
- German language skills at level B2+ are a mandatory prerequisite for this role. Candidates must be able to work within the NIS2 and KRITIS regulatory frameworks.
