Job Summary

As a Development Engineer for Control Systems, you will be responsible for creating simulation models and developing algorithms for Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) of guided munitions. Your daily tasks involve utilizing simulation techniques such as 6DoF and linear robust control methods like H-infinity or LPV control, alongside state estimation using Extended Kalman Filters. You will support the operational implementation and integration of these algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink and participate in the planning, execution, and evaluation of component tests and firing campaigns both domestically and abroad. This role is ideal for technical specialists who enjoy combining theoretical modeling with hands-on testing and documentation. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Master's or Diploma) in Control Engineering, Engineering Cybernetics, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Professional experience in control systems or aerospace engineering is preferred
  • Experience with GNC algorithm development for guided munitions or similar systems
  • Practical experience in creating concepts, specifications, and technical documentation
  • Experience in conducting and evaluating component tests or field campaigns
  • A completed PhD in a relevant field is considered an asset
