This role is for a dedicated Second Level IT Support Specialist who will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of complex, security-critical IT systems. Day-to-day, the specialist will analyze and resolve IT incidents, maintain Windows clients, servers, and networks, and assist with Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365 administration. The position involves contributing to IT projects, system migrations, and rollouts, alongside creating and maintaining technical documentation.
