Job Summary

As a First Level IT Support Specialist, you will be the initial point of contact for IT-related issues and service requests within a secure IT environment. Your daily tasks will involve receiving, classifying, and documenting support tickets, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to client systems, and setting up and configuring workstations, printers, and mobile devices. You will also escalate complex issues to Second Level Support, contribute to IT documentation, and participate in smaller IT projects.
