Job Summary

This role involves managing and optimizing SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Application Interface Framework (AIF) processes for a major regional grid operator in Dortmund. As an SAP Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day steering of maintenance processes, master data management, and the monitoring of complex AIF interfaces. A significant portion of the role focuses on error analysis, root-cause diagnostics, and the resolution of functional disturbances using ticketing systems like Jira and ServiceNow. You will act as a bridge between development teams, infrastructure partners, and end-users, ensuring high service quality through meticulous documentation and knowledge sharing.
