Job Summary

In this role, you will support a well-known regional grid operator in Kolbermoor by managing the technical lifecycle of low-voltage grid connections. Your day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing planned connections, checking site feasibility for new systems, and preparing detailed customer quotes. You will play a vital role in supporting the energy transition by planning grid construction measures and coordinating the technical implementation for new buildings and feed-in plants. Beyond technical planning, you will serve as a competent point of contact for customers and partner companies, providing technical advice and coordinating the installation of modern electronic measuring devices. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in electronics (e.g., Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Technology, Electrician, or Industrial Electronics). Ideally holds further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or State-Certified Technician in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the field of electrical engineering or grid technology
  • Experience in customer contact or technical consulting is preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple grid connection projects simultaneously with a structured approach
  • Experience coordinating with external partner companies and electrical installation businesses

Additional

  • The position is initially a temporary contract via labor leasing (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) until December 31, 2026, with an option for permanent takeover. Working hours are 37 hours per week with a flextime model. Home office is available for approximately 10% of the time following the initial training period.
