Job Summary

This role involves serving as a vital link between a major grid operator and municipal utilities, focusing on the development and maintenance of critical system interfaces. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for monitoring cloud-based ERP systems (Robotron Ecount), building KPI dashboards, and troubleshooting technical errors to ensure seamless data transfer. You will play a key role in technical onboarding for new utility partners and automating existing processes to improve efficiency. The position is particularly attractive due to its high compensation potential (up to €8,400 monthly), the opportunity to work with modern energy market communication formats, and the chance to join a renowned regional employer. Candidates will need a strong background in IT system integration or energy management, specifically with experience in Robotron Ecount and measurement data management. This is a full-time position based in Recklinghausen with a long-term perspective and the possibility of permanent takeover.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or Management Assistant for Digitalization Management; alternatively, a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Energy and Environmental Technology, or Energy Management.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT requirements management, ideally within the energy or municipal utility sector
  • Extensive experience with Robotron Ecount including web services
  • Proven expertise in measurement data management and market communication standards
  • Experience in technical error analysis and process optimization
  • Experience in technical onboarding and system integration for external partners
