In this role based in Leverkusen, you will be responsible for the seamless operation and optimization of IT infrastructure. Your day-to-day activities involve analyzing and resolving system malfunctions, installing and configuring hardware and software components, and performing critical system updates. You will act as a key point of contact for users, providing technical support and maintaining comprehensive system documentation. Additionally, you will play a vital role in implementing various IT projects. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for Systems Integration (Fachinformatiker - Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification.

Experience

Professional experience in IT systems integration or a comparable technical field
Sound knowledge in network technology and server administration
Practical experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware
Experience in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and Linux operating systems
Proven track record in technical user support and system documentation
